HOW PDR WORKS
Repair the panel. Keep the paint.
PDR uses specialist tools and controlled pressure to move dented metal back toward its original shape. Because the repair is performed without automatically filling, sanding and repainting the panel, the vehicle can retain its existing finish where PDR is suitable.
Size, depth, location, access and paint condition all matter. Dent X assesses those factors before recommending a repair.
WHY CHOOSE PDR
Less repair process. Often less cost. Keep the original finish where possible.
Traditional dent repair can involve sanding, body filler, primer, colour matching and repainting. Where PDR is suitable, Dent X can often repair the dent without those refinishing stages.
Often lower repair cost
When a dent is suitable for PDR, the repair can often cost less than conventional panel repair because filler, primer, colour matching and repainting may not be needed.
Keep the factory paint
PDR reshapes the metal while preserving the vehicle’s existing paint finish where the damage is suitable for this repair method.
